What Will You Do:
• Analyze the scope of features/modules for testing needs
• Making TCM (Test Coverage Matrix) based on FSD
• Assisting the testing process until the Go Live stage
• Review and verify test results • Coordinate with related parties, including consultants, application vendors, users, Dev BRI, and related parties for testing needs
• Manage resource testers L1 (15-17 testers) • Prepare pre-deployment Change Management documents
• Assisting deployment test and pilot test activities (post-implementation) What You Will Need
• Have a minimum educational background S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems
• Have understanding and knowledge of SDLC concepts, both waterfall and agile
• Have good communication and collaboration skill, analytical skills.
• Risk-based thinking skills or analytical skills that are oriented towards risk-based thinking
• Good ability in project management, time management and good team management
• Have an understanding of business processes • Skilled in using testing tools (Postman, Jmeter, Katalon, etc.) • Having knowledge in using collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Have experience in managing a team, minimal as QA Lead for at least 1 year
• Have experience as a QA/Business Analyst for at least 2 years • Have knowledge related to the credit card system business / issuing system (preferred)
• Have knowledge related to acquiring bank business (preferred) • Have knowledge regarding iso message 8583 and linux operating system (preferred)
